Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. GIVEAWAY FOR QUALIFIED ATTENDEES ONLY.
(1) Eligibility: Offered only in Florida to legal U.S. residents at least 18 years old who are properly credentialed and pre-registered as an attendee (“Attendee”) for Global Home Textiles (“Show”) held at the Orange County Convention Center from May 8 – 10, 2007. Employees, officers and directors of George Little Management, LLC and NEXCO ("Sponsors") and its respective parents, affiliates or subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (parents, spouse, siblings and children wherever they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees, officers or directors (whether or not related), are not eligible. Further, exhibitors (as indicated in the “Badge Type” section of the attendee badges) are not eligible. By participating you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway (as defined below). Void where prohibited.
(2) Promotional Period: The Global Home Textiles Conference Program Giveaway (“Giveaway”) shall run through April 6, 2007. A day is a calendar day.
(3) How to Participate: To participate you must register or update your registration information for Global Home Textiles Attendees either online at www.globalhometextiles.com or through GLM’s Customer Service Department, 800-272-7469 (with follow-up of sending verification materials in both instances). Deadline for advance registration is April 6, 2007. There is no payment, fee or purchase necessary for Attendees to enter. Winner will be drawn at random on April 20, 2007, from the database of all qualified Attendees who completed the advance registration process during the Promotional Period.
Limit one (1) entry per eligible person. Not responsible for late, incomplete, unintelligible or misdirected entries.
(4) Prizes/Odds of Winning: There will be ten (10) prizes in total consisting of:
- Ten (10) Global Home Textiles Conference Program Packages, valued at $500 each. This prize grants the winner complimentary admission to any or all of the Global Home Textiles educational conference programs. Prize is not redeemable/exchangeable for cash. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Only the named winner can use this prize. A substitute prize will not be awarded if the winner is unable or unwilling to use the prize. If the winner is unable or unwilling to use the prize, another winner will be chosen. There will be no changes or modifications made to any of the above terms.
Odds of winning in the drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes cannot be transferred or assigned. No prize substitution, except by Sponsors, in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for a prize of equal value. Prizes will be awarded only in conformity with winner’s employer’s policy regarding participation and accepting prizes in trade incentive promotions.
(5) General Conditions: Where permitted by law, winners grant (and agree to confirm said grant in writing upon the request of the Sponsors) to Sponsors, and those acting pursuant to Sponsors’ direction or control the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the Internet, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notice, review or approval. Further, winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release within the time specified as determined by Sponsors. If the documents are not returned timely, or if prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found not to have complied with these Official Rules, or is ineligible for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, as deemed appropriate by Sponsors, prior to the award of a prize. By participating, participants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsors, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all of its respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons (including, without limitation, death and property damage), arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity.
(6) REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST: To have your name and address removed from Sponsor’s Giveaway mailing list call toll-free (800)272-SHOW or write to Erica Greenberg, George Little Management, LLC, 10 Bank Street, White Plains, NY 10606 and state that you would like to be removed from the customer Giveaway database. Your name and address will be removed from Sponsors’ Giveaway mailing list within sixty (60) days after receipt of your request, after which time no further mailings will be sent to you.
(7) Winners List: For name of winners please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Erica Greenberg, George Little Management, LLC, 10 Bank Street, White Plains, NY 10606.
