Departs the Orange County Convention Center at 9:30am, and returns at 5:00pm.

For those who are not familiar with America’s unique retail scene, or who want to see the latest that’s in-store, plan to join us for a full-day guided retail tour around Orlando. Learn about the differences between a department store, mass merchant, home improvement store, specialty chain, off-price chain, fabric store and more – from a variety of perspectives such as product mix, design, packaging, merchandising, pricing, service and promotion. See all of it first-hand as we visit well-known American retailers including Macy’s, JC Penney, Lowe’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Joanne’s, TJ Maxx, Crate & Barrel and Tuesday Morning.

Tour will be led by Penny Sikalis, vice president of GLM and home textiles industry veteran.
